Great service. Never ate at this hooters before. came in right before closing time on a Wednesday and they where happy to have us! Arielle, our waitress was kind, and made us feel like regulars. Along with the rest of the staff. I'd eat here again. Thanks

Hooters is,... well,.... Hooters. I don't understand what people are all tied up in knots about with food and service. After all, Hooters is all about how large the owl's eyes are right? Ahem..... I will move on to service and food. I was there with two other guy friends (surprise, surprise) and it was Sunday early evening. We arrived at 7PM and had almost our choice of seating. There is skill in this move, let me tell you. When Hooters is empty... you must walk into a part of the restaurant where you can see the servers and catch one or more gaze. They'll show you which table is theirs. This played out perfectly as our server... we'll call her "ALEX" a columbian/peruvian beauty was our guide to all things fried and fried and fried. It was also all you can eat WINGS NIGHT. Our luck! We got boneless, bone-in, fries and also had beers and some (drum roll as I've never enjoyed a liquor license in Hooters) vodka and soda with lime. The wings were hot and they were tasty. Fries? meh... so so. Our server was generous with her time even as the place filled up. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of Hooters' wings and fries but if you're going to "go for the gusto" and simply oggle the moving "boggle" behind the owl's eyes.... GO HOOTERS or go home.

I am incredibly impressed with the turn around that this store has made. Two months ago I wouldn't breath the air coming from this restaurant, now; a whole different staff, new management and beautiful women. Absolutely love the upgrades that they have made with the quality of their food and their girls. Finally some damn eye candy and girls that will actually talk you. Thank you to whoever finally saw the light and changed this dump into a restaurant.

I have never had a problem here. I've been to this location several times and even drive there from port st Lucie to get their wings.

Food is ok but service is bad. It took 10 minutes for someone to seat us. Then, the waitress was missing for 20 minutes. By the time the waitress came over, we had lost appetite. The service again, took a long time and i would definjtely recommend any other hooter.

Waitresses freaked out when we came in with a group of six like it was overwhelming. Our waitress was unattractive which is not the standard we expected. The food even though the waitress had got it correct still came out to the other guys from the kitchen with things they had asked to be off still on. And my appetizer never even showed up. Asked after the entree came for appetizers again and by ticket time still had not arrived. I asked to cancel it, and come to find out it had never been put in. Drinks stayed emptied. I hate this place.

This was my first time at a Hooter's restaurant, and my last. Service was horrendous. I've never received such bad service in my entire life. She just did not care at all about me and my dining companion. I ordered a burger medium and it came out well done, it was an okay burger. My companion asked for some honey mustard and was charged an extra dollar. A dollar for one side of honey mustard!! Unbelievable. Men's bathroom was abysmal, they didn't even have soap in the dispenser. Will never go back!!

You will not find a better place to sit down with friends or work colleagues. If you have the chance, and she's working, ask for Rebecca. She has been perfect the numerous times I've been in and will not forget any of the items your party orders!!

Well, I'll be graceful when saying; Wings had been refried and sitting for a while; Fries were Oily & clearly had been refried. The wait staff suffers due to poor Food Prep. This was evident as the place was 7/8 empty at 6:30pm. My tip was 20% because I felt sorry for the girl.

I basically grew up here, it's my favorite place in the whole world. BUT GET THE BAKED BEANS BACK. Please. And please make it a rule to never re-fry the wings, it's obvious when that happens. Lastly, I love the renovation!

Waiting a hour to eat cold fried food was not my ideal Mothers Day ! Also the service was terrible took forever for refills , and she wasn't attentive at all ! my boyfriends burger was suppose to be med rare and they served him a well done burger 25 minutes after everyone else was already done eating ! So unfortunate

Cheap beer. That is the only reason I gave it one star. For a place famous for hot chicks and hot wings, this place was decidedly mild. Because I wanted wings, my female dining partner wanted the UCLA game and the married guy wanted some wings, football and oogling, we ended up at Hooters. It's definately true that Hooters should not be enjoyed for the food. The wings were basically saucy fried chicken with no extra kick of flavor. Even the blue cheese was bland. And as for the girls, (Not something I go to a restaurant for, however, as for the girls...) oh, my. I wanted to hand them a bottle of sunscreen, tone out the brassy highlights and forbid them from eating any more wings. And that beer? Almost as good as the sweet tea from the Chick-fil-a next store. And Chick-fil-a has better fries too.

Hi i just want to start off by saying i used to work here wen i was like 20, i recently went in for some buffalo shrimp which is my fave platter here, and was totally snobbed i guess some of the girls that were working here 5 years ago are still there, and they are still hating ass bitches, Sorry your all ugly and are hidden in West Palm Beach, this is by far the ugliest Hooters I've ever been too, the food was cold, the beer was great, our server was a hating ass bitch, she was hating so bad i had to put my hater shades on in the restaurant. I think one of the girls or so i heard was dating the manager and they had taken over the restaurant, it was poorly run, managed, the food was cold and took forever so BOO to Hooters in West Palm Beach

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My bf & I waited 10-15 mins to get a waitress to serve us besides the fact that we waited 5 mins at the door to be seated 'til we ended up sitting ourselves. Our waitress was wondering off flirting with men to get tips. She even tried flirting with my bf -___- little did she know I was paying. The wings were tasteless! The waitress forgot my beverage! Came back 40 mins later with no drink! Apologized & still charged me?? Like wtf is that?! The only thing I like is the salad because their burgers suck as well!

My wife and I recently went to the Hooters of West Palm Beach Florida with some relatives for lunch. Unlike our usual experiences at Hooters restaurants it took us nearly 30 minutes to be even approached after being seated. Once we were approached and our order taken it was 55 minutes before our first entree items were brought out. It was another 20 minutes before the remaining items were brought out. When the burgers came out so hard and burnt that they were inedible we had to mention it to the server. We did not ask for a discount or compensation but were rudely told we should have asked for it to be cooked less. The store manager then started yelling at our server at our table for not asking how we wanted our burgers cooked. The server never came back after that except to drop off our check which was supposed to be split and was not. When I brought the check to the server to have it split she became extremely agitated and made me feel very unwelcome. I marked which items should be put on one check with the remaining on the other and she yanked the check out of my hand and started talking to four male customers at another table. Finally my brother-in-law and I sent the rest of the family out while we finished paying and we tracked down the server who rolled her eyes and then went to split the checks. We paid and left with no further issue. I felt it would be important to let you all know about this because I know it is not a normal representation of the customer service Hooters usually offers. I was disappointed and it takes a lot for me to be disappointed. The rest of the family were less than thrilled to say the least.
